Black Man May I?

Blackman may I.......wrap my joy around you,
to ease the pain your going through?
May I caress your bald, faded, low cut....dreaded do
as I look into your eyes and see you?
Blackman may I unshackle the chains that wish to bind,
and untie the ropes that have been twined...
around you?
Blackman may I sit upon your manhood,
as your strong hands caress the small of my back,
may I get lost in the sea of your exploding purity?
Blackman may I ...bare your little warriors
to conquer what they might?
May I stand strong..in front, beside, and behind you while you fight?
Blackman may I stroke your ego,
to bring a smile? and make this life for you, more worthwhile?
May I shed your tear, when you've lost someone close to you?
Blackman may I fill your soul with laughter?
May I brighten up your day?
When I come to you......Blackman
would you bid me stay?
May I kiss the feet you walked on,
during the harrowing moments of your day?
May I lay my head upon your chest?
And feel the depth of your breath?
Blackman may I slowly walk with you along the sands of time,
May I let you know that I am yours and ...You are mine?
Blackman when the sliver hairs of time glisten upon you,
May I hold your hand in mine and wade the water with you?
Blackman when all is said and done, and your gait has lost its vigor...when your breath shallows, and death has come to pull its trigger...
When you walk the walk that will see you through, past this world...it's joys, it's
pains.......as he beckons you; Blackman may I accompany you?

  1. This is funnily written. I enjoyed reading this and it is very powerful stuff. In time life is learnt by the heart and is given ultimatums. In the practice of loving oneself then you will be prolonged to be close to another person. In the population and in the bed room there sits a rage of love that will sweep mountains down and burn cities to the ground. 550 years ago a black man and women were subjected to the inquiry of slavery, hate crimes and much more. Now we live in a time of equal opportunity but still the language of the white master is strong in the minds of some of our people. Still there are signs of racism and hate toward each other in America. The solicited few are redeemed to listen to this securest fear. But love and being with another person will always be there. The Garden of Eden will always be the beginning and love will always be there. We just got to believe and love those that still believe that love exists. Thank you for sharing this it is beautiful.
